HOTEL SIRACUSA - ROME

SITUATION: Siracusa Hotel in Rome had to refurbish its air-conditioning system. The request was about an energy efficiency and eco-friendly solution could assure money savings and comfort.
Because of the hotel is situated in the centre of the town the outdoor units had to be installed on the roof. So there was to manage the transport of the conditioners on the roof with the minimum discomfort (road closed, lifting, etc.)

SOLUTION: 2 GEHP Aisin 30 hp (150 kW cooling – 175 kW heating) + 2 AWS Yoshi 30 hp. Both GEHPs has been provided with W-kit to recover 89 kW of energy to give free domestic hot water to the hotel .

HOTEL SIRACUSA- ROMA

SITUAZIONE: L’Hotel Siracusa di Roma doveva sostituire il proprio impianto di climatizzazione. La richiesta era per un sistema che assicurasse comfort unito a risparmi energetici anche a tutela dell’ambiente.
Poichè l’Hotel Siracusa si trova in centro (di fronte alla Stazione Termini) l’unico punto per installare le apparecchiature era il tetto della struttura. Dunque era necessario organizzare il sollevamento in notturna per causare i minori disagi possibili.

SOLUZIONE: 2 GEHP Aisin 30 hp (150 kW raffrescamento – 175 kW riscaldamento) + 2 AWS Yoshi 30 hp. Entrambe le GEHP sono dotate di W-kit per il recupero sanitario così da assicurare altri 89 kW di energia totalmente gratuita sotto forma di acqua calda.
