SITUATION: Air-conditioning a new polyfunctional district in Algeria composed by offices, conference rooms, receiving rooms, museum and accomodations.
The complexite of the project, with several different destinations of buildings, needed a flexible solution that would allow each building to be managed independently, ensuring comfort and energy savings.
Moreover this solution had to face the very hot Algerian temperatures, guaranteeing cooling even in extreme conditions.
The use of methane was a preferential condition.
